"We only stayed for a short period of time so we were only there to sleep and get up early then use the amenities no elevator so if you are handicap unless requested more level, upper level is inside entrance and lower level door outside entrance stairs were confusing closer stairs to the room and no parking spaces available for you to park. Had to park in the back."

"There were cigarette burns on the comforter, no light bulbs in the lamp on the nightstand, and the AC made a loud rattling sound even when powered off. But the staff was friendly at check-in and the price was affordable. There's a Tim Horton's and a Wendy's in walking distance, which was nice."

"O hotel tem uma localização boa em relação às estrada (que era o objetivo da estadia), com lojas e restaurantes por perto, muito prático. O atendimento foi bom e rápido. O quarto, contudo, era um pouco antigo e tinha um leve cheiro de cigarro, embora fosse não fumante. De acordo com as expectativas, mas as instalações eram um pouco antigas."

"The room had bed bugs, unknown blood stains on bedding and no help offered from the management staff. Never brought us new blankets even when asked. When told there were bed bugs the staff told us to “go back to our room, it’s okay, they’ve already bitten you so its fine, can’t get worse” we then checked out immediately, which was early and we were offered no compensation for the night missed, which was $351 a night because of Sonic Temple and we then had to miss the remainder of the festival...

"As soon as I opened the door the place reaked like a dog kennel. When I flicked the light switch nothing happened so I had to make my way over to the lamp near the door and tried to turn it on but it wasn't even plugged in. Neither was the ac unit. The ac was completely broken with knobs coming off in my hand the the plug had burn marks all over it. The sheets & pillowcases all had stains on it. The manager did give me a can of Febreeze for the smell & luckily I had brought a box fan with me...

"The a/c don’t work, the outlet was burnt out, door didn’t have a lock other than card, door also don’t shut all the way it had a gap. The tables and nightstand could use a clean, or better yet, replacing! I wouldn’t recommend longer then a night stay."

"The pictures of the property clearly show that the breakfast is available whereas there was no breakfast."
