Nous regrettons que, bien que vous ayez trouvé magnifique Villa Roberta et sa piscine, vous n'ayez pas apprécié les lieux et les services environnants. Tous nos clients ont trouvé la villa très paisible et relaxante, mais peut-être l'avez-vous rencontrée lors de travaux dans le quartier. Nous sommes désolés que l'expérience n'ait pas été très positive pour votre chien non plus : ici à la campagne la nuit les chiens aboient et même si vous n'avez pas trouvé de sentiers protégés pour chiens, le vôtre a eu environ un hectare de campagne clôturée de la villa pour sa errant en toute liberté. Chez nous, les chiens peuvent être emmenés presque n'importe où, même sur certaines plages, tant qu'ils sont tenus en laisse (ils ne sont pas tous aussi silencieux que le vôtre). Enfin, nous sommes désolés que vous ayez été déçu par notre gastronomie, celle italienne, en particulier celle du Cilento, est célèbre dans le monde comme cuisine méditerranéenne pour sa bonté et pour être aussi particulièrement saine, d'autant plus que vous vous êtes retrouvé à séjourner dans la région célèbre pour l'élaboration d'un produit d'excellence exporté dans le monde entier : la mozzarella de bufflonne. Mais nous comprenons que notre gastronomie ne soit pas appréciée de tous. Cependant, nous sommes heureux de vous avoir eu comme invités et que vous ayez encore pleinement apprécié la Villa Roberta. Thanks also for having remembered our rooms and our receptivity: we have in fact three double rooms and a room with two beds that can be arranged as singles or as a double bed, while in the living area a double sofa bed, for a total of ten seats bed. However, you have been able to use all the products of our trees and our garden, and also Sky HD on demand free, and the cleaning of the rooms and the pool during your stay. Sorry for your concerns about the additional payment of electricity: it is the first time that one of our guests complain about this, because this little extra is given in terms of rent. It maintains a lower price, especially because typically no more than 50 euro per week and even less if you do not use air conditioners that are present in all rooms. On the other hand, and you yourself have paid a relatively low consumption. It 'a form of incentive to avoid waste of electricity consumption and costs, which would become unsustainable over time for the property. Ensure that Villa Roberta is so beautiful and functional, so richly endowed with all the comforts (over wi fi included in the price also SKY TV) already involves a lot of expenses. So a small contribution to electricity consumption, that everyone can customize how he wants, we did not think anything particularly onerous.
