"Hotel was nice and clean, great location, outstanding staff, large rooms, nice gym and indoor pool. Restaurant with bar on site. Only Negatives Valet parking $54 and resort fee $30 extra when you get to hotel but the staff was great. Room service was available. Would definitely recommend. Hotel was close to everything. "

"The room was beautiful and spacious. The design was remarkable. The staff wasfriendly and helpful. The hotel has a boutique feel. The food and drinks were delicious. I enjoyed my time there!"

"The hotel is charming and extremely comfortable. Nice beds and linens. However, the room was very small with a tiny bathroom. No room at all for clothes (a minuscule closet) and no drawers. The service (as overall in New Orleans) was so, so. They mismanaged my credit card deposits (billed twice) and kept insisting they had not (until I sent evidence by e-mail). Do not expect breakfast here. There’s just a small cafe inside and big lines for an order during weekends."

"The room was pleasant and clean, the staff were efficient and friendly, and we had a lovely view of the Mississippi River and the ships passing by. The bellman was especially great. I also like that housekeeping would only come every three days— feels more sustainable."
