"Comfortable is what best describes Maison de La Luz. All areas are very clean and well decorated. The location is good. The room was comfortable, spacious and extremely clean. There’s a happy hour every afternoon with complimentary wine, cheese and grapes and we enjoyed that. Coffee and milk was delivered every morning to our room (the only thing that didn’t happen as expected because we had to call twice for it). "

"Room was clean & comfortable with well appointed amenities. Staff was amazing & friendly. Loved the aesthetic appeal, the large soaking tub plus roomy shower equipped with rain shower head…never ran out of hot water when both were in use. Plus one of my favorite restaurants below the Inn, the Copper Vine, delicious food with gluten free options as well as great wine options & cocktails. Definitely a great place to stay & dine!"

"The hotel reached out prior to our arrival to ask if we had special requests. Communication was wonderful throughout the stay, with text messages offering housekeeping service when we still had our do not disturb light selected (no hanging paper signs on the doors here!) The linens were quite nice and crisp, and the selection of pillows was wonderful. I found the mattress a bit firm for my preference and they added a mattress topper. Único inconveniente foi que ficamos no 9º andar e ouvia se barulho de maquinas a noite, poos, ficavam acima do quarto. Não se em andares mais baixos ouviria. Fora isso, o hotel é excelente. "The room was clean, close to Mardi Gras parades and in a good location to walk to tourist attractions. All staff from front desk to bartender were very nice and pleasant. I had never stayed at a Cambria hotel before but definitely plan to in the future due to the great experience. Thanks for making our first time in New Orleans a great one!!!"

" Very nice location, close to the french quarter and restaurants. The room was very spacious and nice. It could be improved by having extra space to acommodate the guests belongings, like a dresser. There is more than enough room for that. Also, it would be helpful to have extra places to hang bath towels. The roof top has a very nice view. We had breakfast at the hotel and thefood was very good. Very nice and helpfull staff."
