"1 Star — Unacceptable Customer Service and Zero Accountability
Our stay at Sailor Jack’s was unacceptable, and management’s response was even worse.
Around 1:15–1:30 a.m., we were jolted awake by a television blasting from the room below us. My husband endured hours of banging and pounding afterward. I attempted to call the hotel, but there was no way to reach anyone or leave a message.
The next morning, I reported the disturbance and was promised a call from the owner regarding compensation....
"View was awesome. Hotel staff did seem a little indifferent. Too many elderly to del with this time of year. Stairs are issue with luggage for seniors. With that said, it with nice place to stay. Good value. Would stay again."
"O quarto era lindo — tudo muito limpo, espaçoso, com móveis rústicos e uma decoração encantadora. A vista para o oceano era simplesmente fantástica!
A acomodação contava com tudo o que precisávamos: aquecedor eficiente, banheiro com água bem quentinha (essencial nesse frio!) e uma cozinha completa, equipada com todos os utensílios para quem quiser preparar as próprias refeições. Tivemos uma estadia extremamente agradável.

"We were very happy with our stay. Great price and actually best room we stayed in on our trip. Pet friendly room, very clean. For me pool could have been slightly warmer, as I prefer warmer water. Hot tub was perfect temp. Enjoyed seeing the deer on property and surrounding properties. Nice to have a kitchen and refrigerator with enough room to freeze ice packs and store our food. Bed was comfortable. Large living room like room off of lobby with fireplace, TV and big table. I would stay here...
