"This is definitely a unique place to stay. The host that showed me the property was very nice and the property was so neat. There are artists that have rooms around the property. The room itself is a converted chicken coop. It had all the necessities you could need. Mini split and ceiling fan kept the room cool and there is also a microwave and mini fridge. "This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable. "
