"The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. "Was a nice, quiet place. Clean and comfortable after a long day at work out of town. "

"Cozy and perfect for our weekend trip and even stayed cool even in 100 degree weather! "

"10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. "

"The unit seemed to have just been painted and new furnishings. We had only 2 things that weren’t perfect. The walls are paper thin. We were listening to the neighbors tv. And there was still masking and plastic hanging from the skylight. Perfect location and view. "
