"The staff were friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and spacious! We got an expected upgrade which was super cool!! Breakfast was really great - never know what you’re gonna get but this was pretty decent!! Definitely recommend this place and I will be staying there again!"

"Room was great. Accommodated amenities while I’m adjusting from rough surgery and bad news was a nice surprise and helped lifted my spirits a lot. Come every year on Thanksgiving and always enjoy my stay. This year was gonna tough and like I said, I just told them it was tough for me and they went out of way to make my room fill me with joy and surprise. It just made me happy to know someone put care into everything. I’m grateful. "

"I visited Berkshire area for Thanksgiving and stayed at the brand new Holiday Inn Express. It was fantastic! The hotel is beautiful and pet friendly but also in a great location. The staff were amazing and professional. Over all 10/10 stay. Will definitely stay there again "

"Nice room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, well stocked kitchenette, lots of electrical outlets, lots of coat hangers in the closet, good tv channels, nice pool, free and ample parking, free coffee, laundry room, small gym, near a lot of stores and restaurants, people at the front desk were nice especially Mitchell. My only suggestions are to put new carpets in the halls as the one on my floor needed replacing and also the fan in the bathroom didn't work. This hotel doesn't have free breakfast...
