"Hotel opened 18 months ago. The decoration of the rooms and reception is wonderful, with personalized and very welcoming service. Very large parking lot at the door of the rooms. The Hotel has a great location because it is on the side of the road but at the top of a small hill, being very quiet and having a very beautiful view."

"My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Monson. It was very convenient and safe. We were greeted with smiling faces upon our arrival. The staff were very accommodating and such a joy to interact with. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was served hot every morning with a variety of options for my hungry teens. The pool was great on a couple rainy days. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this particular location based on the staff alone....

"We have stayed at least four times at Berkshire Mountain Lodge, and enjoyed it every time. This last time we were a little disappointed as our room furniture condition was not great. The sofa had some rips and didn’t look in very great shape and the chair also had a couple of ribs in it. The standing lamp was wobbly, and the table next to the sofa was also wobbly. Not the condition we have had with our stays before. Also, the gym is great, but there is no bench to work out with the universal...
