"I chose this hotel because it had the best ratings of all the hotels in the area. Check in/ check out staff was awesome. The carpet in my room was filthy and the floor in the bathroom wasn't clean. I arrived in the middle of the night and had only a few hours to sleep so I didn't complain because I just wanted rest. The beds appeared clean."

The staff agent at that time was very nice ,but said he was not allowed, per management, to lower our price ! I found this to be unfair.
