"Stopped here prior to a visit to Wembley. Location is perfect, 30 minute walk to Wembley. Tube station os 2 minute walk away for lonks into the City. The apartment was immaculate, very clean and compact. View of Wembley was a binus also. Very secure, friendly staff and cheap to eat and drink."

"Gostamos muito do apartamento. Já sabíamos que não teria elevador, o que é um problema muito pequeno e não perturba. Apartamento aconchegante. Único problema são os ruídos dos apartamentos vizinhos, por ser um prédio antigo, cada passo dos vizinhos era um assoalho rangendo. Não considero um problema a ponto de desabonar nossa estadia."

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

After we picked up our keys at the key drop location and I was a bit remiss that the person could not at least point me in the right direction of the street. "This was perfect distance from London & other attractions…shopping handy for groceries…accommodated our 2 families beautifully with adjoining apartments…had a fantastic time."

"Well, the property canceled our reservations without notification to us, what it made my first night in London a nightmare. They refuse to take responsibility for it. Really a not a reliable place to book."

"The interior facility was fine. Clean and functional. The communication with management was good. They responded quickly. They called to check to make sure everything was OK early in the stay. However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. The space heaters were not properly assembled and so they actually sat wobbling on the cords. I did call and report this and sent pictures. There was zero security....

"If your like me and love classic older timber boats with character and history this could be your thing. Great location, absolute waterfront of course, comfortable and cosy. Mark was a great, friendly host full of great info and history about ‘Seacrest’"
