"I felt the description of the flat was accurate. It was quite comfortable for our family of 7. Most of the instructions were good although we didn’t really know how to manage the stove due to no visible settings and the dishwasher was a challenge. Instruction manuals for the appliances would have been helpful. All our concerns were graciously and effectively handed by Nicholas. Thank you for your good service and concern. "

"Stayed with the family (3 kids), hosts communicated very well, picking up the keys was easy (a shop around the corner), West Kensington was a 5 minute walk and the stay was quiet and comfortable. There's a few late night shops around and also a very nice breakfast and coffee place around the corner (a few doors down from where keys are collected) called Hazel which is lovely. Great stay overall. "

"The flat was an excellent base for our London trip while settling our daughter in for her year abroad. Check in was easy and the listing was accurate. It’s conveniently located near an Underground station in a lively, eclectic neighborhood with plenty of options for dining and coffee. The property was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. Communication was smooth, and Steve was quick to respond on WhatsApp."

"Flat was well appointed with everything you would need for a couple staying for a few days. Neighbourhood with convenience grocery and off license directly across the street. Shepards Bush station a five minute walk. Only issue was the checkin was a bit confusing - only because. I booked through VRBO. but then at some point communication changed from vrbo to Guestready, so when planning how to check in I couldn’t find my email with instructions. It would be nice if you could just leave the keys...
