The property is on the first floor so there are some steps but it was easy enough to get up and down with our baby and the pram. "There is no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows couldn’t be widely opened. Therefore, I have had to sleep in a quite hot environment for 6 nights. Other than that, room’s size was good, staff was friendly and the location was amazing. "

"It is a nice hotel in a very good area of London. Easy to catch the public transport and pubs and restaurants nearby. A very handy laundry room available and a small kitchen in each room. I enjoyed the view from my room and the girl cleaning the room was very nice and efficient. Overall, the staff was nice and helpful.
