"Great flat in nice quiet part of Kensington away from bustle of the city. Tube access was 10-15 min walk"

"Great location and decent room, although small but you get what you paid for! Only issue I had was a movement sensor light in the kitchenette that seemed to turn on at any movement, situated right near the bed. As someone who tosses a lot when they sleep, it was a bit annoying to have it turn on several times lol But still enjoyed my stay and will stay at Bob W again soon!"

"Cannot fault this place at all! The staff are truly exceptional, all so friendly and go over and beyond to help. The only minor complaint is the internet keeps dropping but it’s easy to keep reconnecting it. The spaces are so much nicer in real life than on the photos. I’ll definitely be back, this place feel like home (a fancy 5* home!)"
