"Everything as expected"

"The overall stay was good the lady at the front desk that checked me in was amazing but the first day they checked me into a room that was actually dirty and someone had slept in it and used all the things it had never been cleaned it didn't realize this until I was going to bed and so I slept in the middle of the bed away from all of the dirt and pee on the side of the mattress the very next day the front desk lady came into the room saw what condition the room was in and immediately moved me...

"There wasn't a sign on the road from the direction I was coming (the Capitol Building side) I thought my GPS was wrong when I turned, then found a sign, entrance on side. Unclear it was the office. But gentleman at desk was friendly and efficient. Explained where room was, where to park, told about breakfast, ice machine. The room was fine if not particularly roomy. Nice extras like ironing board, iron, hooks, padded bench with storage under. Pad of paper and pen. The sink in the bathroom was...

"Super friendly staff. Hotel has rustic feel to it which was great. Staff lady named Marilyn cooked omelets for everyone at breakfast time. Very rare to stay at a hotel these days where a staff member does that."

"No coffee in room. Ice machine broken on our floor. Otherwise OK Not my favorite place to stay on our trip."

"Fantastic lodge in Spearfish Canyon. Views are fantastic. 4x4s for rent next to lodge. No elevator. No continental breakfast. But the restaurant across the street was fantastic!"
