"It took a very long time to get hot water in the shower. Our party has 4 rooms, 2 on 1st floor and 2 on the 4th, and they both took forever to become hot. Placement of the TV in the room was odd. It was mounted between the desk/couch area and the bed. Technically it was mounted facing the partial wall between the two areas. The ability to move it at an angle to attempt to face area or the other did not work well for watching from the bed. Just odd."

"For almost $500 for two nights I expect a) to be treated better by the staff and b) for the hotel to be slightly less dingy than this one is. I booked a room with a pullout because I had 3 kids traveling with me and it was difficult to pull out - when I asked at the desk, the woman made sure yo let me know that it was my fault for doing it wrong before coming up to fix it. The queen pullout came with a sad plastic bag with a single pillow and a thin blanket. The whole place could use some...

"This is my favorite place to stay when I visit my son at College. It’s in walking distance to Carnegie Mellon and the parking is included in the price which helps. The reason I gave it four stars is because the property could use a little bit of updating. Maybe some new mattresses and checking out the drip sound in the bathroom. But otherwise I do love the place. I just wish it was available more often."
