"Arthur was great with the communication from the start. He answered my questions promptly. Check in was simple and the place was super clean and exactly what we expected. We only stayed for one night but it had all we needed. Location was right off the highway within minutes of stores and restaurants. We would definitely come back again!"

"Super clean, about 15 minute drive to the waterfront. Lots of kitchen ware and coffee supplies.The owner sets a unique door code for you and your stay, unlike alot of rentals that use the same code for all stays by any guest. I really liked that security measure.Dont hesitate to use this property. "

"I absolutely loved this house for our little weekend get away. At first the parking was a little unlcear since its just an empty lot, but we got clarification from the property manager parking is right beside the house. Which is great since alot of places i looked at had street parking. Its super close everything, I'm sure it's walkable but we drove everywhere. There's a super cute little coffee shop right down the street, and a bar around the corner. A couple thing we had an issue with was the...

"The house was great. It was clean and well stocked. Beds were really comfy. The only negative was it could use a new/better can opener. I struggled to get the one there to work, took a long time to get it to cut the can open. The basement was great. Kids spent alot of time there playing ping pong and foosball. . The location was wonderful, only a mile to the Presque Isle park entrance and close to shopping etc. The weather could have been better but we made the most of it as it was supposed to...

"House was clean and exactly as described in the listing and within walking distance to restaurants. Neighbors were nice and friendly as well! Neighborhood was quiet. We had a great time hanging out and playing cards in the kitchen. "

"As advertised! Beautiful home, very clean and gorgeous views. Perfect for a family girls weekend! Teenager friendly, the girls never left the basement & had a blast! The added touch of the welcome basket was so appreciated. As it was the off season, we were able to take full advantage of the home and surrounding walking trails.
