"3 day stay. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with rare train. Would stay again. "

"Great place! Great neighborhood. Cute house!"

"We were disappointed with our stay due to several issues that significantly impacted our experience. When we arrived, the outdoor trash cans were already completely full, so we had nowhere to dispose of our trash and had to keep it bagged in the garage for the duration of our stay. The grass had not been mowed, and tree branches along the driveway scratched our vehicles when entering and leaving the property. We also found what appeared to be black mold in one of the downstairs bedroom closets,...

"Four generations. Five adults and three kids.. We usually have four more adults, but they couldn’t make it and there would’ve been plenty of room. The pool was great. The kids loved it. Overall, the house is really nice, but it does need a little bit of love here and there. Especially the exterior door doors. The host was very easy to communicate with. If your plans take you to Kansas City with a large group, I would highly recommend the place."

"This house is certainly unique! We enjoyed our brief stay and would absolutely recommend this home if you have a group. It was very clean and spacious, easy to find, and loaded with charm. I appreciated the welcoming feel, without numerous warning signs and notes about things you can't touch or open. We felt like houseguests rather than a commodity. Your home is fantastic."

"Large, spacious and clean. Responsive host and the back deck felt like a private oasis."

"Absolutely perfect rental for trip with our family and pets. Brandon was very communicative and the Bungalow was very clean with all amenities we could need during our stay.Amazing value and great host, will be booking again whenever in the area. Thanks again Brandon and family for a stress-free and perfect trip!"

"Great little home with a really cool little fishing pond out back, which my son loved. Comfortable master bed."

"This was a great homebase for our spring break to Kansas City. We loved that it was walkable to downtown shopping, restaurants and parks, and the kids loved the hot tub. The property was clean and well appointed. We had to get in touch with the hosts a couple times, and they were very responsive and helpful. "

"Excellent stay! Communication was amazing from the property/owners. House was beautiful, just as pictures show. Location was perfect, very central and walkable. Property was cleaned nicely and up to date."
