"This is a great house, with plenty of room for a family to enjoy. Especially the basement was a surprise and a great entertainment area for us"

"This home went above and beyond the usual rental. So many extras were included that usually are not provided. The shaded back deck was my sanctuary where I read and relaxed for hours. The fenced in yard was a bonus for our lab. I loved the location, walking distance to downtown. It was very clean and provided a wonderful relaxing home. The host was so wonderful to us! I highly recommend this home. Its lovely!"

"This property is nearly perfect. Everything was wonderful from the mini kitchen with a full size fridge and the tiniest working stove with oven that I have ever seen. The king bed was comfortable. Wifi and streaming were great. The shower is kind of small but there is a large jetted tub. The water is nice and hot but you do need to let it run for awhile. We sat on the small balcony and watched fireworks displays on the 3rd, 4th and 5th. My only complaint was traffic noise from Hwy 50. Having...

"This place was exactly as it was described. The king bed was a little hard, but it was memory foam so if you waited, it conformed to you. It was a perfect place for what we needed. They have everything you need. Including an instapot. I will atay there again if it is available the next time we come here."

"This was our second time staying here, and it was just as great as we remembered. The place is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. "We had a great stay. There were a lot of great small touches that made this place perfect for us- floaties for the pool, Nespresso in the kitchen, throw blankets in the living room, toys, puzzles, etc. The baby gates are a little annoying for a family without small children but I do see the value in them for a family with toddlers. We were very impressed. "

"We stayed to attend a conference for our church. The property manager was very responsive to our needs, she even called to check on us when there was a tornado in the area."

"This house was incredible. It had absolutely everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen (minus food of course), laundry room, plenty of extra towels for pool. Pool, dog and kid toys. Everything was clean and in good condition. This has been our best rental experience to date. "

"Enjoyed our stay at GMa Cabin. A huge house with plenty of rooms and beds for multiple clans. Only negative comment is there was no toilet paper and counters and dishes were a little dusty. Definitely not a deal killer. Beautiful surroundings with plenty to do 20 minutes back towards KC."

"This place was a hidden gem surrounded by nature’s beauty. The pond and the chorus of birds created such a serene atmosphere—perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. "We were in town for a funeral with family and extended family. It was really great - with lots of space to spread out, and also a great location."

"This is a quaint little property, small but exactly what we needed. Plenty of space for just two people. Close proximity to Warrensburg which is where we needed to be. You can’t beat the rate! I appreciate the communication with the owner, check-in was a breeze. Parking wasn’t ideal, but we felt safe in the neighborhood. They had cute mason jars for glasses! I would definitely stay here again and recommend. "

"First, finding the house was a bit of a challenge. It's a bit hidden from the main road and not all map programs seemed to know where to go. The host is trying to get that corrected. Price we paid on VRBO was more than if just calling and booking. Room was decent. We had underwater left in drawer we took to front desk.
