"My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It was a cute little house, decorated nicely, with three bedrooms with clean, comfy beds and a kitchen stocked with some essentials, notably coffee. Our host was very gracious and communicative.I would definitely recommend, and the next time I have business in the area, I will be staying here"

"This property is nearly perfect. Everything was wonderful from the mini kitchen with a full size fridge and the tiniest working stove with oven that I have ever seen. The king bed was comfortable. Wifi and streaming were great. The shower is kind of small but there is a large jetted tub. The water is nice and hot but you do need to let it run for awhile. We sat on the small balcony and watched fireworks displays on the 3rd, 4th and 5th. My only complaint was traffic noise from Hwy 50. Having...

"Good size for a large family and very close to Lake Winnebago "

"This is a quaint little property, small but exactly what we needed. Plenty of space for just two people. Close proximity to Warrensburg which is where we needed to be. You can’t beat the rate! I appreciate the communication with the owner, check-in was a breeze. Parking wasn’t ideal, but we felt safe in the neighborhood. They had cute mason jars for glasses! I would definitely stay here again and recommend. "

"We just wrapped up another great stay at this charming Lee’s Summit home. This property is part of a duplex. I've stayed in the upstairs unit before and had a fantastic experience. This time, since I was traveling with my family, we decided to try the downstairs unit.The location is unbeatable if you want to be close to downtown Lee’s Summit. "This is a beautiful property! We never turned on a TV, but there are several screens throughout. The host has filled the home with anything a guest may need, and communication was amazing. The pool and lounge area was well used when the weather allowed. We appreciated the feeling of solitude while being close to everything."

"First, finding the house was a bit of a challenge. It's a bit hidden from the main road and not all map programs seemed to know where to go. The host is trying to get that corrected. The online photos did make the rooms look a bit larger than they actually were, AND we old folks with bad knees found the stairs to the bedrooms a bit challenging, but other than that, it was the perfect headquarters for a long overdue family reunion. "This home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation this summer! We loved the pool and hot tub and had a great time playing games in the evenings on the patio! The home was also close enough to Kansas City to take in some local attractions (i.e., Sea Life at Crown Center, the Rabbit hole children’s museum, etc.). The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cooking utensils, etc. which made making family meals / dinners incredibly easy. An overall great home that I would highly recommend to...

"Plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. The futon in the living room could use replacing as one corner of the back of it was bent/broken so we didn't trust it would hold anyone sitting or leaning back on that side. But other than that, the place was neat, clean and nice. The hosts were responsive and the neighborhood was quiet."

"The house was just as described, with good space and a nice kitchen. The deck was so nice to relax on, in the big fenced in yard. Parking behind the house was very convenient. It was nice to have extra individual shampoo and conditioner provided."
