"When booking the property, I specifically asked that we (2 guests) are provided an extra bedding as we prefer sleeping warm. We were never provided it, despite multiple follow-ups with the manager (who even promised we would get it). ´ Also, the website indicates regular cleaning and during 1 week stay, the apartment was neither cleaned nor have we received fresh towels, toilet paper etc. We were explained by the manager that regular means once a week. "The apartment was very nice and clean. Great location and we were able to get a free street parking spot a few doors down from the building. The only issue was the wrong access code for the building was sent via a message. After trying it multiple times I checked my email and a different code was sent after the checkin time. "

"My family and I took my father to Cologne for the weekend and stayed here. The owner communicated with us very well and we loved the location of the property. The only recommendations I would have is to have some sort of check-in/check-out sheet at the property with pertinent information on it. As well as map with areas to park your vehicle. Other than that our stay was great and would definitely book again. "
