Welcome to our spacious two-story private Villa with swimming pool, four bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms. Perfect for couples, families with children, and groups of friends.

This delightful Villa is light, airy and fully-equipped to provide you with the perfect vacation. The bedrooms have either tiled or parquet floors, all are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. Each bedroom has a king-size hardwood four poster bed and the bathrooms come with soaking tubs. The slatted windows are fully mosquito screened to ensure your comfort while taking full advantage of the coastal breeze.

An experienced cook is available throughout your stay and is able to prepare a range of local, American-style and English dishes. Additional services are provided by reliable, helpful and courteous staff who take care of the grounds and housekeeping. The staff will ensure your stay is enjoyable while respecting your privacy at all times.

Situated within the tranquil beachfront, gated-community of Mammee Bay Estates, Sencillo is a very short walk to Bamboo Blu Beach, a beautiful, semi-private, white sand beach. Mammee Bay Estates is a five minutes drive from Dunns River Falls, Dolphin Cove, and Mystic Mountain Bobsled Experience and a ten minutes drive from the Town of Ocho Rios. The Villa is superbly located for easy access to shopping, water sports and a full range of leisure activities, sight-seeing and tours.

Spend your days relaxing at the private pool, laying in a hammock under a tree or strolling around the spacious well-maintained yard picking and eating seasonal fruits from the many fruit trees. For a little more activity, tennis can be arranged at courts within the Estate. The Estate streets are safe for jogging and taking long walks.
