  • Welcome to one of Oceanside`s most exciting beach locations! This spacious and modern 5-bedroom, 7-bed beach house combines breathtaking ocean views, comfortable coastal living, and an unbeatable location in the heart of all the beach action. Whether you`re planning a family vacation, reunion, or getaway with friends, you`ll enjoy spectacular sunsets, constant ocean breezes, and front-row views of surfers, dolphins, and the Pacific Ocean from your private ocean-view balcony.

    Wake each morning to the sound of crashing waves and spend your days exploring one of Southern California`s most walkable beach towns. The sandy beach is only a 2-3 minute stroll down the sidewalk, making it easy to surf, swim, build sandcastles, or simply relax by the water. During high tide, you`ll even see waves crashing dramatically against the shoreline while enjoying your morning coffee.

    Leave your car parked during your stay. Walk or bike to Oceanside`s best restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, wine bars, boutique shopping, ice cream, the Oceanside Pier, movie theater, and the vibrant downtown Village. Favorites within walking distance include 333 Pacific, Flying Pig Pub & Kitchen, Local Tap House, Masters Kitchen & Cocktail, Privateer Coal Fire Pizza, Exhale, Green Cheek Beer Co., Wrench & Rodent Seabasstropub, and many more.

    The spacious floor plan offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The primary suite features a king bed, private ocean-view balcony, and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two includes a queen bed with a private ensuite bathroom, while bedroom three offers a king bed with its own ensuite. Downstairs, bedrooms four and five feature a queen bed and a full bed and share a hallway bathroom. Two twin rollaway beds provide additional sleeping options for children or extra guests.

    After a day at the beach, gather in the game room for family fun, enjoy dinner together, or relax while listening to the waves from nearly every room in the house.

    Bring your beach cruisers and explore Oceanside`s beautiful coastal bike trail, ride to the harbor, rent kayaks, paddleboards, or electric boats, or simply spend the day enjoying everything this lively beach community has to offer.

    We proudly welcome dogs! Your furry family members will appreciate our dedicated dog run, professionally sanitized between guests. Dog beds and kennels are available upon request before arrival, and Freddie`s Place Animal Hospital is nearby should your pet need care during your stay.

    Our local team is always close by if you need assistance. We`re happy to recommend the best restaurants, coffee shops, surfing lessons, fishing charters, golf courses, boat rentals, and family activities to help make your vacation unforgettable.

    Traveling with kids? LEGOLAND California, SEA LIFE Aquarium, and the LEGOLAND Water Park are only about 10 minutes away. Petco Park, home of the Padres, is an easy drive south for baseball fans.

    Getting around couldn`t be easier. Download the Ride Circuit app and enjoy Oceanside`s convenient electric shuttle service. For a small fee, you`ll be picked up right outside the home and taken throughout the beach district without worrying about parking.

    Good to Know

    This home is all about location. You`re staying in one of Oceanside`s most vibrant and walkable beach neighborhoods where there`s always something happening. From the balcony you`ll enjoy front-row views of surfers, cyclists, walkers, beachgoers, dolphins, and unforgettable sunsets.

    Because of this prime location, the home is next to a public parking lot, which provides convenient overflow parking but also creates an active atmosphere, particularly during summer, weekends, and holidays. If you enjoy the energy of a classic Southern California beach town, you`ll love being right in the middle of it all.

    Like many beach homes just steps from the ocean, the property shows some normal coastal wear and is a bit worn around the edges in places. We keep the home exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and guests consistently tell us the incredible location, spacious layout, ocean views, and walkability more than make up for these cosmetic imperfections.
    A maximum of 12 humans including kids and infants. No parties , no events, no wedding related events. No more than the exact number of people indicated on your airbnb reservation. people. Extra people over what is indicated on your reservation are at a rate of $500 per person per day. This includes kids and visitors not spending the night .


    Guest Contract and House Rules
    1. Check in is 4 P.M. and checkout is 10 A.M.

    2. This is a NON SMOKING property . Due to allergies, 1 -20 pound or under dog only with a $375 dog cleaning fee and agreement the animal is never left alone in the house without the owner supervising. If you leave the house for any reason the animal must be you. There are never more than 8 humans allowed on property.

    3. The city is now very strict with vacation rentals and regulates how they may be used. This is a vacation destination and not a party or an event location. Parties and weddings of any size are not allowed. No visitors or extra overnights guests where you have invited more people than you indicated on your reservation request form.

    4. Nothing illegal is permitted and grounds for immediate eviction and loss of rents.

    5. This is an enforceable contract between Guest and owner. Any attempt to reserve a property by providing false or misleading information will cancel your reservation and you will forfeit any money or deposits paid to reserve the home.

    6. Outside quiet time is 9pm. Please understand this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not allowed. Music should never be played so loud that it can be heard at neighboring properties.

    7. Guest shall be responsible for any and all damages arising during their visit, including all damages sustained by their guests or invitees, and tenant shall pay for all repairs and/or replacement required as a result of the damages. These costs may be more than your security deposit so you are encouraged to self-insure.

    8. Guest acknowledges that the house, furnishings, and property are with faults. Accordingly, Guest agrees to take the house and property in an `as is,` `whereas, and with all faults` condition, and assumes all risk associated with the house, furnishings, and property. Owner makes no assurances regarding any air conditioning, beach, amount of sand, access to public beach, noise from neighbors, street or construction projects. These are items that may occur during your stay and we have no control over. This is an active beach community.

    9. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner, its representatives, agents, and others working on its behalf (`Representatives`) against any claims, demands, suits, losses, damages, including all costs connected, which are or may be asserted or recovered against Owner and Representatives by reason of personal/bodily injury, death, or property damages, including loss of use which arises out of or is in any way connected with this contract. If there were an unexpected situation, emergency or disaster, we have the right to void this contract. If that were to happen, we would offer you a selection of other potential available properties.

    10. Guest will provide your clothing, food, spices, condiments, cooking oil, foil, plastic wrap personal hygiene products, disposable goods, paper/plastic goods. You might want to bring charcoal and firewood. If you use up the supply we start you with of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper then you will buy what you need from the local stores. There are nearby stores to purchase all of these items.

    11. You are only allowed to have the number of people on property as stated in your email request form. For example, if you declared 8 people on your reservation request ,then only 8 people can be on property at any time. This rule includes visitors not spending the night.

    12. Prior to your 10 am departure on day of check out, the home will be tidy and left in good condition. This includes all dishes and kitchen surfaces, taking out all trash from yard and home and placing in containers provided, sweeping all the floors and removing the sand, returning indoor and outdoor furniture back to where it was found, wipe up any obvious spills, stains. We will send in a crew to do your laundry at 10 am on check out day. If there is excessive cleaning and additional fee will be charged.

    13. Pet, one pet per fee, with a prepaid cleaning fee for animal hair and dander removal. Pets can not be left alone in any room or any part of the house if owner is not there or is sleeping. Animal must be with you or in a kennel when you are sleeping or when you leave the home. Animals panic and cause damage if you leave them in the home for just a few minutes. No pets on beds or furniture at any time. Please bring pet bedding and kennel. Only one pet per stay or pet fee and must be under 15 lbs. No large dogs.

    14. Terms and conditions: The terms of this agreement are: no refunds. There are no refunds, for any reason. Guest further agrees once any payment to retain the home has been made, the terms of this contract specify no refunds. Once Guest arrives at rental property, Guest agrees they must inform manager in writing of any condition or listed amenity that needs repair or does not meet with their expectations. Guest agrees manager has 24 hrs to evaluate complaint and rectify or repair said situation. If repairs and or replacement can -not be made within 24 hrs, guest agrees to a maximum reimbursement and compensation of up to $45 per stay. That amount will be decided by the booking agent. Guest further agrees the beach and ocean are an ever changing environment. There are no assurances made about weather, beach, level of sand, water, waves or access to the public beach.

Amazing!

House was phenomenal. Just the right amount of luxury beach feel. Garage was a bonus and would recommend this house for anyone wanting what I think it is one of the best houses on the block! Will definitely be back next time we’re in Oceanside.

Wonderful Very Fancy Beach Paradise

This home was amazing!! Even more lovely in person then photos show. The walk to the ocean was less then 1 minute. The home was very clean and extremely up-to-date. Host wea very responsive when needed to ask a few questions. We had a wonderful time here and would stay here again.

Great vacation home!

We spent a week at this wonderful home in Oceanside. It is so well-equipped for every possible activity. It has a gourmet kitchen stocked with pots, pans, etc. The beds/ pillows were so comfy! We especially enjoyed the sliding doors that opened up to create the open air feeling on the ocean side of the house in the main living area and on the two upper levels - great space for a relaxing and fun vacation! We plan to visit again!

BF Beach Weekend

7 BF's (of 30+ yrs) had a FUN weekend! Some of us are die-hard beach lovers and walked over 22,000 steps on 1 day. Some of us enjoyed hanging out in the condo on the 3rd floor sitting area, peaking out onto the 3rd floor balcony for an ocean view. Overall it was a perfect place to stay. A few recommendations: 1) bring ice because the frig ice maker does not make ice quickly, even over night. 2) Rinse off your dishes/glasses very well before putting in the dishwasher. The dishwasher doesn't work very well.

We loved staying at this gorgeous home. The house was clean, beautifully furnished, and the host was very responsive if any issues came up. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place, poor host communication

The home is beautiful and a great location. The communication with the host was not the best. I had to request the entry code, rather than them giving me that information prior to check-in. We also notified the host we were locked out the house (do not lock the handle) in the morning, and we were still locked out when we got back in the evening because they failed to unlock the handle with a key throughout the day. Still a great place in a fun and chill city. And plenty of restaurants close by.
