"A good stay in a good location! Very close to many beaches. The beaches in the area were packed for the entire weekend. Many good local spots to eat and get coffee as well! The bed is pretty much solid as a rock, though, and the walls are very thin. Other than that, everything was great."

"Excellent location across the street from the beach with partial ocean view from the front deck. The property felt clean and had lots of stuff to use in the kitchen which made meals easy. Staff was super communicative and easy to reach for any questions. The backyard was beautiful and well mantained, felt like a tropical hideaway."

The layout worked great for our two families. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. There is one bathroom upstairs that connects to the master (king bed) with a second door to the hallway. Downstairs there is a bathroom and next to it the queen bedroom. The garage has everything you need for the beach! The games in the garage were so much...

"After checking into the home the thermostat read 87 degrees for the downstairs and the upstairs was over 90 degrees. We did not have a working AC for 2 out of the 4 days stayed there. There was a heat advisory the week we were there. All the bedrooms were upstairs and it was extremely hot for 2 days. The outdoor smelled like gas for hours because someone had not checked the home prior to our arrival and the gas grill knob was left on. "My son flew in from AK and met me in San Diego. We had such an amazing time making memories. Nancy was such an amazing host! Very personable. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. We managed to get sun burned on our beach outing and Nancy saved the day providing us with some fresh cut aloe vera and an extra bottle she had.
