**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

THE VIEW
The condo faces North up the beach and towards the harbor. Its vantage point is perfect for relaxing each evening on the balcony and watching the sunset over the ocean each night. From the patio and master bedroom, you can enjoy a view of the ocean and boats in the harbor.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area has a large table with seating for 4 and two additional spots at the bar.

LIVING AREAS
E107 - Tranquility Shore has been expertly decorated and furnished with enough sitting and to comfortably house 4. The living room has a 48" flat-screen TV that you can use to watch the cable TV with 250+ channels free of charge. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and has a tub/shower combo with a separate vanity area.

SLEEPING
E107 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, large flat-screen TV, and plenty of drawer space to comfortably unpack and put those suitcases out of sight and mind. There is also a large walk-in closet located in the master bedroom and a pack 'n play for our little guests.

Additional sleeping is found in the main living room where you'll find a queen memory foam sofa sleeper of a new design that incorporates the couch cushions into the fold-out so you don't have to take up room space stacking the cushions.

-E107 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2).
