Brand new on the vacation rental market! Welcome to St. Malo Beach! Enjoy your personal lagoonfront getaway located in the exclusive guard gated community of Saint Malo Beach. This charming French Normandy styled community has the feel of a beachside European retreat. Enjoy access to the exclusive beach club with volleyball, pickleball, paddleball & tennis. Stroll along the picturesque beachfront or explore the nearby attractions in Oceanside and Carlsbad for a truly memorable stay.

This lagoonfront home is a classic French Normandy indoor/outdoor house. As you enter, you`ll walk through a breezeway to the center courtyard. Three of the four bedrooms can be accessed directly from the main house. This includes one bedroom with a king bed, one bedroom with a queen and two bunk beds in a nook, and another bedroom with a King bed. Across the courtyard is The Prince Philip Cottage. This fourth room has two full beds and a lagoon view. Yes, It is where members of the English Royal Family have stayed including Prince Philip.


The main home greets you with high-ceilings in a classic great room with generous seating, a large side patio and panoramic lagoon views. The home features a beautiful and extraordinary curated collection of vibrant paintings, providing gorgeous accents and enjoyment throughout the beach house. The open dining room has a large rectangular table that seats 10 guests. There is a lagoon view gourmet kitchen.
Walk out the slider doors to a private and spacious patio with impressive lagoon views. The patio boasts a large dining table for al fresco meals. Just steps outside the home is the beach club with loungers and umbrellas for soaking up the sun and ocean views.

This home in St. Malo is perfect for a family getaway or group gathering.
Of course we have beach chairs, beach towels and a wagon to load up for a short stroll to the beach.

You’ll love being able to explore the pier, harbor, and downtown Oceanside, all within a short stroll or bike ride

Close to San Diego’s and Southern California’s Top Attractions
Not only is this beachfront rental perfect for lounging by the ocean, but it’s also ideally situated for day trips to San Diego’s top attractions. It’s a great beach rental to be close to LEGOLAND and SeaWorld and to the San Diego Zoo. Many world-class golf courses are a short drive away. You’re never far from exciting adventures. You can even take a day trip north to explore the charming beach towns of San Clemente, Laguna Beach, or spend a magical day at Disneyland or Universal Studios.

For your privacy and security, Saint Malo is a highly guarded community with active patrols day and night. Paparazzi are strictly prohibited by the guards to assure everyone`s privacy. No photo shoots or commercial filming allowed for the privacy of residents and guests.

The house has parking space for 3 cars only. Additional cars must park outside the gated community.

No oversized vans (such as Sprinter vans), trailers, or RVs are allowed to be parked in the St. Malo community.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies with storms, tides, and may have more or less sand than what is shown in photos.

1. Check in is 4 P.M. and checkout is 10 A.M.
2. This is a NON SMOKING property .
3. The city is now very strict with vacation rentals and regulates how they may be used. This is a vacation destination and not a party or an event location. Parties, noise and wedding related events of any size are not allowed. No visitors or extra overnights guests where you have invited more people than you indicated on your reservation request form.
4. Nothing illegal is permitted and grounds for immediate eviction and loss of rents.
5. This is an enforceable contract between Guest and Owner, and is supported by Owner`s agreement to allow transient/short term use and enjoyment of the property for vacation purposes in return for the payment agreed upon. This is a short term rental only and explicitly for only the dates specified and for number of people specified. Tenant agrees to vacate property at the end of the short term rental period.
6. Outside quiet time is 9pm. Please understand this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not allowed. Music and voices should never be so loud that it can be heard at neighboring properties.
7. Guest shall be responsible for any and all damages arising during their visit, including all damages sustained by their guests or invitees, and tenant shall pay for all repairs and/or replacement required as a result of the damages. These costs may be more than your security deposit so you are encouraged to self-insure.
8. Guest acknowledges that the house, furnishings, and property are with faults. Accordingly, Guest agrees to take the house and property in an `as is,` `whereas, and with all faults` condition, and assumes all risk associated with the house, furnishings, and property. Owner makes no assurances regarding any air conditioning, internet, cable, beach, access to public beach, noise from neighbors or construction projects. There are issues that may occur during your stay and we have no control over.
9. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner, its representatives, agents, and others working on its behalf (`Representatives`) against any claims, demands, suits, losses, damages, including all costs connected, which are or may be asserted or recovered against Owner and Representatives by reason of personal/bodily injury, death, or property damages, including loss of use which arises out of or is in any way connected with this contract. If there were an unexpected situation, emergency or disaster, we have the right to void this contract. If that were to happen, we would offer you a selection of other potential available properties.
10. You will provide your clothing, food, spices, condiments, cooking oils personal hygiene products, disposable goods, paper/plastic goods. If there is a fire ring or BBQ then you will need charcoal and fire wood. There are nearby stores to purchase all of these items. We do not promise and ice maker so bring a bag of ice just in case.

11. You are only allowed to have the number of people on property as stated in your email request form. For example, if you declared 8 people on your reservation request ,then only 8 people can be on property at any time. This rule includes visitors not spending the night.

12. Prior to your 10 am departure on day of check out, the home will be tidy and left in good condition. This includes all dishes and kitchen surfaces, taking out all trash from yard and home and placing in containers provided, sweeping all the floors and removing the sand, returning indoor and outdoor furniture back to where it was found, wipe up any obvious spills, stains. We will send in a crew to do your laundry at 10 am on check out day. If there is excessive cleaning and additional fee will be charged.

13. This is a no pets , no animals property unless there has ben a prior arrangement and a prepaid cleaning fee for pet dander. Approved animals must never be left alone in the home. They must be with you at all times or in a kennel. No home allows pets in beds or on funiture.

14. Terms and conditions: The terms of this rental agreement are: no refunds. There are no refunds, for any reason. Renter further agrees once a payment to retain the home has been made, the terms of this contract specify no refunds. Once Renter arrives at rental property, Renter agrees they must inform Oceanside Beach Rental in writing of any condition that needs repair or does not meet with their expectations. Renter agrees Oceanside Beach Rental has 24 hrs to evaluate complaint and rectify or repair said situation. If repairs and or replacement can -not be made within 24 hrs, renter agrees to a maximum reimbursement and compensation of up to $45 per stay. That amount will be decided by the booking agent.
Renter guest further agrees the beach and ocean are an ever changing environment. Renter agrees the amount and appearance of sun, tides, beach sand, beach rock and access to the public beach will and does change daily. Renter agrees

amazing location right on the lagoon for beautiful sunrises and the St Malo neighborhood is so peaceful, tranquil, and darling. the house had a great layout for family stays and we loved the ease of communication with the property manager. House was light, bright, airy and had plenty of room for our family. The courtyard was a great place to sit and share meals and to watch the birds. Overall, one of our favorite stays in St Malo so far.
