Enjoy breathtaking views of tidal wetlands, the Indian River Bridge and the bay from this amazing second floor end unit furnished condo in Bethany Bay. Bethany Bay is situated on the Indian River Bay and White Creek with water access for kayaking, canoeing, paddleboard and jet skis. The community also has a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, walking trails, 9 hole par 3 golf course (pay to play) and so much more. You will love the natural setting and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets plus enjoy the blue herons, egrets, deer and more. The condo is sun filled, bright and cheery with extra windows. You will find a large eat-in kitchen with white cabinetry and appliances, a spacious dining/living room with an electric fireplace, a great place to entertain or take a nap, a primary bedroom with a full bath and a guest bedroom with its own bath. The condo is nicely appointed with a fun beachy vibe. It was easy to relax with the beautiful view. They had everything we needed including towels, sheets, paper products, and soaps. The garage even had bikes and beach chairs. We loved the golf course right on the property as well as pool and tennis. The only thing I would improve on is the grill. It is perfect for 2 but if you are grilling for a family of 4 it was a little small. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Beautiful condo in a great community! Hosts were easy to communicate with and everything was easy which made our trip wonderful :) we loved the pool, the location was nice with an easy drive to the beach, and many local restaurants. Will absolutely be back!

My stay in Ocean View exceeded my expectations. The condo was clean with a great view. It's less than 15 minutes to the beach and close to food markets and good restaurants.

Great property! Will definitely consider staying again, only longer! Close to some great kayaking spots! Clean, VERY well equipped, love the screen porch, great for watching the wildlife.

Beautiful View

This was a cute property and we enjoyed our stay. The scenery was tranquil and soothing - our favorite part. It was located about 15 minutes from the ocean. The community pool and hot tub were nice features too. It was a well-stocked property with all the essentials and more. Having the sheets supplies was super nice benefit. The only improvements I would make is a more comfortable sofa (cushions kept pushing out and a little dirty) and to clean the patio especially the screen debris. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again. The owners were also very accommodating.

Great stay at a wonderful property with a bayside view

Very clean property in a great location. Enjoyed the pool, tennis courts, sitting on the porch and viewing the bay, and close proximity to Bethany beach. Will definitely come back soon.

A perfect getaway!

I travelled with my teenagers and this spot had everything for everybody! Golf, tennis, pool, and bikes all right at the property. And then short drives to multiple beaches and boardwalks! And the condo itself was fully stocked and impeccably clean! The owners were super fast with responses to questions! Can’t wait to stay here again!

My husband, kids, and I spent a few nights in this beautifully maintained condo. Very clean, spacious, and we loved the beach theme! The views off the screened in porch were breathtaking! Very peaceful property! The owners were very nice and quick to respond to questions. We’ll definitely be back!

Spring Getaway

My partner, sister and I spent 5 days in this beautiful condo in May of 2024. The condo was perfect for our needs with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and couches and terrific views of the bay and marsh. The decor was most pleasant with lovely French poster art and cheerful colors. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. The community is quiet and we enjoyed many walks. We did not get to take advantage of the community amenities because it was off season. We would definitely would like to rent this place again on our next trip to the Bethany Beach area.

Wonderful Stay!

What a great stay we had! The host were so polite and helpful. The view was beautiful and the wildlife. The house had everything we needed to have a great time. The kitchen was fully stocked. Relaxation at its best!

Peaceful and beautiful!

The weather did not cooperate so it was nice that the property was so beautiful. We spent a lot of time just watching and listening to birds in the marsh. You could never really tire of that view! (Well I couldn't anyway!) Cozy and beautiful- I'd definitely stay again! Had many conveniences like cooking implements and even a washer and dryer. Great place!

Glorious bethany beach stay

We have stayed here many times over the years and it is always amazing—so cozy with beautiful marsh/bay views. Central to many activities and the beach. The hosts are awesome and ensure you have everything you need. The only negative thing is when we have to leave:)

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect space for a quick weekend away. The condo was immaculate and equipped with everything we could need and so mich more. We enjoyed the peace of the community, the natural surroundings and the area.would definitely consoder staying again if we were staying in the area.
