The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, while the cozy living area complete with a fireplace, sets the scene for relaxing evenings after a day in the sun. Sleeping space:
Downstairs - Master bedroom equipped with a King bed
- Office room equipped with a Queen sofa
Upstairs - Master bedroom equipped with a Queen and a Queen sofa,
- 3rd bedroom has a queen bed
- 4th has a twin over full trundle

All beds have pillows, and protective hyper allergenic mattress covers. Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival

Please understand that this property does not allow for any "Senior Week" or group rentals with any guest under the age of 25. Any booking that does occur, will result in the reservation being cancelled and a cancellation fee of 10-100% depending on the date of booking in proximity to the check in date.
