"Everything was great from checkin to sleep. I gave it a star short of a 5 star only because it feels a bit outdated. But everything was clean and pristine. I stayed in this same room 5 years ago and it’s still the same which was still great quality and seemed as if time stood still. Still loved it, the local deer visited us frequently- what a treat!"

"The kitchen countertop and other areas look like they were recently renovated. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only negatives were the pod type coffee maker made one hot cup, then every try after that the coffee came out cold. We tried several times and gave up and made drip coffee. Overall it was a good experience."

"We really enjoyed the fourth floor corner room, which we occupied for two nights. The bed was comfortable, the bath counter space/vanity was generous, and the room was good sized. We were disappointed that the North facing window in the corner room was filthy. while the balcony and ocean view was truly wonderful, the fact that the only other window view was obscured by dirt and bird doo was disappointing. "Breakfast and the staff were the only redeeming qualities of this place. During my two-night stay, here's what I found: Entry glass doors make terrible mechanical sound. Elevator stopped working. Only one person on staff (having to deal with check-ins, maintenance requests, etc). First time I used Jacuzzi, water was tepid, not hot. There was only one towel available. Ice machine only worked on 3rd floor (floors one and two were broken). Stairwells looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in...

"First time staying and it was lovely! The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very yummy and the hotel itself is in a central location- walkable to the beach and the shops. For a pet friendly hotel, the hotel was pretty clean, and my small potato looking dog also enjoyed the hotel and was comfy cozy :)"

"The oven in the place was so outdated, it was hard to cook our pizza and mac and cheese on the stove top. We loved the proximity to the beach. I gave this place four stars due to the amount of money you pay for the accommodations. The beds were okay, and we didn’t have WIFI, but once again, being close to the beach and having a clamming station to clean the clams is what we came for."
