"This is a pet friendly cottage with close proximity to the beach and within walking distance of the pier and amusements of Old Orchard Beach. The property is VERY rustic but very clean with a lot of towels and comfortable beds. Our biggest complaint is that the internet is weak and unreliable. This is a problem for anyone who needs to work remotely or if your kids want to watch TV on a rainy day or in the evening. This property met most of our basic needs."

Our only frustration was that communication with management was significantly delayed for needs related to the unit that needed to be addressed. "The property is just okay. The owners have modernized the interior, but have overlooked some important details. The dryer door needs to be flipped. That’s a simple 2-minute task. I got hit in the head multiple times taking stuff out of the washer and putting it in the dryer. Depending on height it could cause a serious injury. The towels are nice and fluffy, but the water never got hot and the shower head didn’t have enough pressure. The house needs a deeper cleaning in between stays. We found...
