This large oceanfront home offers 8 bedrooms and 8.5 baths (2 bedrooms & 2 baths are wheelchair accessible). Enjoy many features that are included for a large family group such as 2 refrigerators, 3 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, 2 stoves, 9 TVs (one in each room and living room) all with YouTubeTV, and a DVD player. There is also central heat and air, a large laundry room with washer & dryer, wireless internet, ceiling fans, 2 portable cribs, 2 high chairs, safety gates, outdoor enclosed showers, upper and lower covered oceanfront decks, a large sun deck, an oceanfront gazebo, and large ground level patio next to a private pool. The pool can be heated in the off season for an additional charge.

On the main level there are three bedrooms. One has two Double beds and a private wheelchair accessible bathroom. One bedroom has two Queen beds and a private wheelchair accessible bathroom. The other bedroom was made from what used to be an open sitting area. It has a Queen bed and a bathroom. There is also a half bath. Upstairs there five bedrooms and five bathrooms. These include two master bedrooms on the oceanside of the house, each with a King bed and a private bathroom with shower and jetted tub. Another bedroom has two Queen beds and a private bathroom. Another bedroom has four Single beds with trundles to accommodate up to 8 people. The last bedroom was made out of an open sitting area and now has one Queen bed and a bathroom.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Departure cleaning provided upon checkout. No smoking. Accommodates 22.

Paper goods and soaps for your entire stay are not included. A starter supply is provided. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.
