We strongly suggest Travelers Insurance, especially during the Hurricane Season June 1-Nov 1. We will not issue refunds unless local government authorities order mandatory evacuations.
In order to maintain the safety of our guests, we have a ring doorbell camera on the front door that will be on during your stay.

Enjoyed our stay! Great view from the front porch area. Everything was clean and bright. Kitchen had everything (quality pots, pans, bowls, small appliances, etc) we needed to make our meals at the condo. Perfect for two couples to enjoy a week of vacation. Definitely would rent again

This had to be the best equipped condo our family has ever stayed at! We were here for a girl’s weekend, but if my kids had been with us (and the weather a little warmer haha) it would have been perfect for them. From kids plates to beach toys to a white noise machine in the bedrooms, there were just so many thoughtful touches. And a coffee frother for mom… I mean, it doesn’t get much better than that! The beach itself was beautiful, even for a cold, rainy February. We enjoyed exploring the little jetty directly down from the condo. I’m a bit of a germaphobe and was so pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and condition of everything in the condo. Never once did I feel the “ick” that I often get when staying somewhere like a beach condo. The only suggestions I might have would be a slipcover for the sofa, as it was looking like it may have seen better days, and something to make the door lock a bit smoother to open/close. We will absolutely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication was clear and timely. The condo is perfect for a family of four. Our kids (15 & 12) appreciated the TV in their bedroom for winding down at night. The kitchen was large enough to cook a couple of dinners at night. And the beach is only about 100 yards from the condo. We would recommend and would stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time staying here! The location is perfect with the most stunning views of the ocean. I loved that we could leave the door closed and still have a gorgeous view and with a baby that is very important to keep them safe! Perfect for a family friendly trip! The margarita maker machine was a hit with me and my mom! lol We will definitely be planning another trip!

Loved our very clean & comfortable condo rental & its beach decor “Awave from it all”! It has 2 high Adirondack chairs on either side of the front door overlooking the downstairs outdoor pool w/a magnificent beach view….amazing sunsets! We are three adult sisters who shared this 2 BA 2BR, entry immediately is the TV area w/2 love sofas, chair, coffee table. Straight ahead is dining then kitchen. This unit provided everything we needed w/a lovely coffee bar which uses Keurig capsules & fresh brew. Also, there’s a stacking WA/DR in the unit if needed. The owner Jamie was super easy to reach & you can tell she’s very caring & put a lot of thought for her visitor’s comfort. Thx do much Jamie!

Nice little spot close to the North end of Ocean Isle beach. The unit had all the things we needed for the week and it was nice to see the little things already there (TP/Paper towels etc) for the arrival day and didn't require us to go out into the rush of everyone arriving for the day.We had some mechanical issues upon arrival and Jamie kept us informed and had a technician out the next day to work on it. Thanks again!

Awesome stay

We stayed here the week of July 4th for 7 days. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed on Ocean Isle. And we have been coming to Ocean Isle for many years and have stayed in many homes and condos.Upon arrival the owner/ host had left us a personal note and beautiful box of sugar cookies from a local bakery. Loved the special touch. The kitchen was very well stocked and had most everything you would need. The beds were comfy. The beach was slightly crowded considering it was the Fourth of July. We would definitely return again.

Book It!!

The condo is exactly as pictured. The host, Jaime, was responsive to all messages sent. Our family of four loved the ease of access to the beach and comfort the condo provided. Loved the fact that the necessities were provided, along with a few extra surprises (Rubbermaid containers for leftovers, foil, baggies). Although, there are no spices/salt/pepper in the condo, so make sure to bring or pick-up some. We had two minor hiccups, which by no means was the fault of Jaime's. The cleaning crew was running behind and pushed our check-in time past 4:00 and the primary bedroom fan/light remote wasn't synced to the fan/light. Jaime offered to rectify both quickly. If/when we return to OIB, we would definitely book this condo again!

Check in was seamless. Owner was very responsive to our needs. Very clean and well stocked. Small things like having toilet paper and coffee pods also helped. Nice location and view of the beach. Short walk to the left to access beach.
