Five Bedroom Oceanfront Triplex Unit C

This section of the oceanfront triplex offers 5 bedrooms plus small bonus room and 5 bathrooms. The entire oceanfront triplex shares a pool and two beach accesses. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, 6 TVs with internet cable (streaming), DVD players, wireless internet, sun decks, a shared gazebo, and an outdoor shower. Pool can be heated in the off season for an additional surcharge.

On the main level there is the King master bedroom with a private bathroom. There is a bathroom off of the hallway. There is also a bonus sleeping area that is a room with a Double/Single bunk bed. Upstairs there are four bedrooms that each have two Queen beds and there are three hallway bathrooms.

There is a $600.00 departure cleaning fee. Rent includes bed linens and bath towels with beds made upon arrival. Accommodates 20.
Absolutely no smoking allowed indoors.
