Unlike similar properties, BED AND BATH LINENS ARE INCLUDED! We also allow you to use your storage closet with our beach chairs, toys and charcoal grill!

Don’t miss the newly remodeled OIB Park, featuring a splashpad, ziplines, pickleball/basketball court, playgrounds, covered picnic areas, and more!

Our villa features a fully stocked kitchen with both a Keurig and coffee maker, plus everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. All appliances are recently updated and easy to use, including a large refrigerator with ice maker to keep drinks cool on hot summer days, and the stove features an air fryer option for added convenience. For outdoor cooking, a charcoal grill is available for your favorite grill-master (please bring your own charcoal).

Each bedroom in A Wonderful Life is a private suite with a full bath and a Roku-equipped TV, ensuring comfort and convenience for every guest:

Master Bedroom 1: King bed, jetted tub, dual sinks, ensuite bath

Master Bedroom 2: King bed with full private bath

Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed and double bed, ensuite bath with raised toilet for older guests

Guest Bedroom 2: Two double beds with a bathroom accessible from both the bedroom and hallway

For our youngest travelers, we provide a pack-n-play and portable booster seat.

Linens and towels are included with your rental. Please bring your own beach towels and crib sheets, if needed.

Parking & Building Access:

Parking: Up to 4 vehicles can be accommodated.

First-Floor Convenience: Our villa is a first-floor condo, just a short flight of stairs or a quick elevator ride from the parking level. Convenient keycode access—no physical keys needed for entry.

Security: Outside cameras monitor both the front and back entrances for added peace of mind.

Beach Gear Storage: A selection of beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach wagon are available for your use in Storage Room A on the parking level. We also provide a grill to make mealtime easy and enjoyable. Feel free to use any additional items left behind by previous guests, and you are welcome to store any beach chairs or toys you bring with you in the same storage area.
