Dog Friendly Oceanfront Beach Cottage Private Pool

This oceanfront home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level of the home plus 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom bonus area on ground level with outside entrance. On the main level there is a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, 6 Smart TVs with YouTubeTV, DVD player, wireless internet. Other features include a ground level laundry with washer/dryer, fenced yard, outside shower, and walkway to beach.

On the main level there are two bedrooms on the right side of the house, one with a King bed and one with two Single beds, with a full bathroom in between. On the left side there are two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with a King bed. There is a second full bathroom off of the main living area. This level has central heat/air. On the ground level, accessed by entrance from parking area, there is a small sitting area/bedroom with TV, chair, and Double bed, and a bedroom with two Single beds, with a bathroom in between.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Departure cleaning provided upon checkout. Accommodates 12 including ground level bonus rooms.
Absolutely no smoking allowed indoors.

This rental is dog friendly. An additional fee of $250 plus tax will be applied if bringing a dog and your check out time will be 9:00 am. 2 dogs maximum per stay.

Paper goods and soaps for your entire stay are not included. A starter supply is provided. The property has pillows and bed covers. The owner provides bed linens and towels.
