"Stay was great, weather turned out better than forecast. There are a lot of steps which was fine for my family, we anted to be the top floor, but would consider renting the first floor next year for my parents and ease of loading and unloading. Overall great house and location. The twin bunk room had some of the best mattresses in any rental I’ve used."

"My family had a wonderful 5th annual OCNJ beach vacation here! The property had enough space for our 6 adulrs and 5 children and although not as close to the beach and boardwalk as we normally stay, the included VIP parking pass made that a non issue. There was a parking concern upon arrival that was responded to immediately and resolved timely. Jody is an extremely responsive host who made sure we were taken care of. Recommend!"

"The hosts were wonderful, however the property was not. Kitchen accessories were greasy, not washed properly, disorganized, and not fully equipped. The heat in main area( kitchen/ family room) didn't work, 64 degrees. We had to use the oven to heat area, however it heated up bedrooms too much! Carpets were disgustingly dirty. Pillows and lack of blankets were not acceptable. The internet kept having to be rebooted. Lights out through out "

"We’ve used VRBO many times before but were scammed this time. We arrived in advance of a wedding in OC, NJ with our family and our pet to find this place in a total state of construction with no floors, furniture all piled up in the hallway, unflushed toilet, etc etc. All the while, some wacko is communicating with me through VRBO’s messenger app guiding me to the key for the house and saying “they’ve never had a situation like this before”. Happy others seem to have had a decent experience but...

"Room was clean. Small place but had everything we needed. If you are mainly showering and sleeping in room like I did because I was spending most of my time out as many do on vacation it works just fine. Also, my wife also left something behind and owner was good with communication about it and let us pop back in on following day to pick it up."
