Walk to the beach in 15 minutes or use your free VIP Parking Pass at the JiLLy's parking lot at 12th and Boardwalk. 12th Street beach has lifeguards, restrooms, and food and entertainment. The unit comes with four beach tags for use during stay. Your rental DOES NOT INCLUDE any linens such as pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, hand towels, washcloths. Full linen policy below.

The Space:
FIRST FLOOR
Walk into your open kitchen/living room common space with a large walk out front porch and a half bath. You’ll also find the first of four bedrooms - a Junior Suite with a Queen bed and en-suite full bathroom - perfect for the in-laws, grandparents or guests. Full designer kitchen has everything you need to whip up a solid meal. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen Smart TV with all your favorite stations. Relax on the designer furniture with a lit fireplace or watch the OCNJ sunset from your front deck.

SECOND FLOOR
Walk up the custom stairwell to find three more bedrooms and two full bathrooms along with a full walk-in laundry suite. This layout makes for a great family living space. Large primary bedroom has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has twin beds. In, between is a fourth bathroom (full).

LOWER LEVEL
Located on the bottom/garage level is a finished masterpiece. There are epoxy floors, a full-size fridge, bar, and plenty of seating and games. Relax with a movie in the garage theater or play some foosball. You will love this added bonus space. Also features a private indoor shower room for cleaning up from the beach.

PARKING
Reserved parking in the driveway for two cars, free street parking, plus, complimentary VIP Parking Pass to come and go at your reserved Boardwalk parking lot space at 12th and Boardwalk.

Guest Access:
Access is easy with smart door locks. Simply share your unique code given at check in (last four digits of booking guest's cell phone) with everyone in your group. No fussing with keys.

The Neighborhood:
WALKABLE ATTRACTIONS
Beach, Boardwalk, mini golf, rides, arcades, Acme (grocery store), restaurants, and Downtown Asbury Avenue with over 100 shops, eateries and much more.

Getting Around:
Getting around Ocean City is super easy. Walk, bike ride, jitney, or easily drive to anywhere on the island within just a few minutes. No need to worry about parking as there is plenty.
