"Very cute and comfortable place to stay! Would love to come back. Host was so helpful by calling before check in. Went to the beach at sunset and found so many sand dollars. The kids loved the toys and games in the living room. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft."

"The rooms smell foul, and the curtains are very dirty.
There are mosquitoes, but there are no mosquito nets on the doors.
The jacuzzi doesn't work, and the sauna is cold and won't heat up.
They add $49 for cleaning to your reservation, even if you only stay one night."

"We love the condo style rooms and the ample space for our three kids. The hotel was very kind and gave us an anniversary gift which was a nice personal touch. We loved the pool, hot tub and nice walk to the beach. We have stayed here for years and enjoy it very much! Close to shopping, arcade, grocery store, gift shops and restaurants! Can’t wait to come back!"

"The property is in a part of Ocean Shores that has no sidewalks, no way to do any interesting walking, far from the center of town. One other issue, the TV wouldn't work. We notified twice and got nothing. When someone came by, the next morning, she explained the TV. Her explanation was far away from what was written in the apartment album. We were a bit frustrated before she came by;"
