The Windjammer Condominiums located ocean front on 46th street offer that wonderful retro Ocean City feel while providing the perfect setting for a memorable visit to Ocean City, Maryland. This one bedroom, one bath unit can sleep a family of four with a queen in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A one- of-a-kind family vacation destination, each unit is individually owned and decorated offering the guest a unique feel and comfortable stay with direct beach access and ocean views. Enjoy the exclusive private sand patio for grilling, picnics and play, free WiFi, and flat screen TVs. Our condos are stocked and ready for you with towels, linens, cookware and utensils. Don't pass up on the chance to stay at your home away from home at the beach! This unit permits up to two dogs, 50 lb limit for one pet or 70 lb combined limit for two pets. There is an additional $35.00 per day pet fee. Although pets are allowed all season, absolutely no pets on the private sand patio courtyard. There is a designated pet area supplied with waste bags just a minute's walk away. An on-site laundry room is available for guests at no additional cost from 9am to 5pm. Property rents any three nights all season.
Non Smoking/Non Vaping. This property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 21.

Great for weekend with partner

Rented this property for my boyfriend’s birthday/Memorial Day weekend. The late arrival instructions for getting the keys were very straightforward. I’ve stayed in a ton of OC rentals and this was one of the cleanest, I was impressed. Towels, sheets, and toilet paper were provided. There is no in unit washer or dryer, but there was a room labeled laundry in the building. However, I did not use it since I was only there for the weekend. It’s close to a ton of good restaurants and bars. I suggest Dry85. There is also a nice quad area where you can hang out.

Windjammer 106

As advertised. Perfect size for a couple. Kitchen was fine, common area was comfortable. Bed was comfortable. The courtyard are of thee complex was nice. Liked that check in was on site. We visited for a music festival so just needed a place to shower and lay our head and this was fine. I would rent again for a few day getaway. Coms- didn't like to door lock, it's a sliding glass door and was hard to get the latch to catch. First floor unit do noise (walking, sliding chairs, water draining) for unit above was loud.

Great little condo!

This condo had everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short walk to the beach. The little courtyard was perfect and the entire place was very well maintained. Staff were friendly and check in was super easy. The condo itself was very clean and nicely decorated. There were complimentary coffee k cups, teas, and creamer which was a nice surprise. Also not having to worry about linens was great. The shower system was really nice with different settings to enjoy. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that the sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay there again!!

Great trip!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was clean and just as described. The beach was a short walk away. They even had sand toys and corn hole right in the patio area which my toddler loved. Perfect for a small family with a little one in tow!

Perfect family stay

The location of this property was perfect and the condo was clean and super comfortable for myself and my little family . The outdoor sand area, toys, convenient walk way to the beach was delightful . My kids loved the windjammer so much and we can’t wait to come back again next year!

Hidden Gem!

This was a wonderful place to stay! This place was very clean, up to date, and accurate to the pictures. Only steps from the beach which was very convenient. We loved it here, including an area outside to picnic and walking distance to many places to eat and activities. Would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Great location

This condo was in a great location on the beach and close to attractions. The ceiling being a drop ceiling with blocks do allow alot of sound through so you can constantly hear movements and voices. Since pets are allowed we also had a unit near us with dogs that constantly barked which was a bit annoying. Overall nice place.

Very Pleased with this bargain on the beach.

This adorable 1 bed, 1 bath condo did not disappoint! A beach cottage feel , super clean and nice upgrades throughout were so nice! The easy beach access was wonderful and nothing was overlooked. Awesome beach & delightful sandy area to relax, grill and toys for the kids. The condo has an amazing Smart Shower, plenty of coffee, and other amenities that made our stay special & trouble free. Great welcoming staff. The check-in & checkout were easy ! Recommended to all my friends.

Great way to stay at the beach!

This was our first time not staying in a hotel and it was wonderful! Clean, easy check in and out, good location. The air conditioner did nothing and there wasn’t privacy if you wanted to open the patio door for the breeze as that was the only entrance. Overall we will be staying again in the future!

Cute condo, good location

Cute little condo in OCMD! Close to anywhere we wanted to go. Right across the road from Seacrets and 45th St Taphouse. Only problem we had was the upstairs neighbors being pretty loud (you can hear everything on the bottom floor) and we were missing a corkscrew lol! Queen bed was comfortable, the couch pull out was ok for a couple nights- but my friend ended up in the queen with me after the second night. Cool shower!! Shortest walk to the beach I’ve ever had; loved that! Would stay again!

Great little condo for our mini family vaca

Our room was great - newly renovated. Beds were comfortable even the pull out sofa bed. It was nice to have a full working kitchen. The view was great being right on the beach. There are a few things - The door that locks you in is a sliding door that locks - it doesn’t seem like it’s the “safest” option but it works. The parking lot spaces are so tiny, I drive a mid size suv & it was hard enough to get in a spot. There is a bunch of free parking on the street though. Overall, we were so happy with the space. We stayed in room 106. We filled out our papers to stay again next year!

Perfect Getaway

Everything about this experience was absolutely perfect. I would absolutely go back. The place was adorable! I fell in love with the shower....amazing! Being able to walk out and there’s the beach! That’s priceless. Thank you for alllowibg us to have such a wonderful experience. The space is absolutely beautiful.

Wonderful!

The condo was great! There was plenty of room and all of the appliances were updated and wonderful. The shower is insanely awesome! (it's a smart shower with so many features). We were right on the beach, only a 2 minute walk up the dunes. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Apt by the Beach

The Check in process was quick and easy & even called to let us know we could come a little early. The apartment was clean, a bit outdated but super tidy with plenty of extra sheets and pans for your trip. Couch could use some updating but practical. The beach is literally over the dunes so getting there is only a couple minutes. Near many restaurants and easy access to town. Overall, would definitely stay here again. Great place for a great price!

Place is extremely outdated. Needs upgrades

The beds were horrible. The pullout couch was so worn I almost went through it. The queen size mattress felt like it wasn't updated in 20 years and you couldn't move without walking each other up. The neighbors across had the music playing so loudly you couldn't even sit outside and have a conversation. They had their speaker to their door just blaring away. No management anywhere to corral the issue!
