Need a new cleaning service
Hello, This is Tammy, Mrs Fitzsimmons. This email is to express my concerns about the cleanliness of the condo at Summer Beach 3 35th Street. My husband already emailed you, but I wanted to convey my concerns with you directly. The condo was not very clean. I think my husband sent you pictures. I will try and send them again. I had to clean the condo when I got here so that I could feel comfortable staying. The guest bathroom when you come in the front door had absolutely not been cleaned. There was toothpaste in the sink. There was pubic hairs on the toilet seat, dust and other stuff on the toilet. Th The small trash cans in the bathrooms and bedrooms are filthy no trash bags. There was only one trash bag for the kitchen trashcan. I had to go downstairs and ask for more at the front desk. There was sand on the coffee table and the kitchen counters. There was grease on the stove and all over the side of the refrigerator because that had not been cleaned. I had to clean that also. I scrubbed the bathtub in the bathroom as you walk through the front door because that didnāt look like it had been cleaned either. The dishwasher was full of dishes. I turned the dishwasher on wash them and put them away. I donāt think itās fair that we paid 1740 for three nights and I had to come and clean the place and then you expect me to clean it again before I leave. I would like to be reimbursed the cleaning fee. I believe it was 200 for 250. Whoever you got Cleaning this place
