Wight Bay 456B is a two bedroom, two bath condo on 47th street. This ideally located bayside property on a canal has had some updates including bedrooms repainted and new comforters installed, new dishwasher, updated 2nd bathroom, and brand new living room sofas. Full balcony overlooking the canal with access from the living room and master bedroom. Second bedroom is also a master suite. Bed sizes include 2 queen beds and a queen sleep sofa. Enjoy full bay views from the entrance side of unit as well as a direct view of the outdoor pool. WIFI is supplied with this property. Wight Bay is a short walk to the beach, and is close to Seacret's, Dry 85, Tap House Bar and more - it is also a quick drive to the Inlet and OC Boardwalk.
Guest must provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
There is no washer/dryer in unit, however the building provides coin operated machines.
Non-smoking, Non-vaping. No pets, please. This property rents any 3 nights. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

The room was not up to cleanliness standards. Carpeting in bedrooms was stained. You couldnt use pots and pans-disgusting. The toaster was so old that the plug got hot when it was on. Very dangerous situation. The unit was a nice setup and great location. There is alot of potential if these things were rectified

Love the area but had some issues

First, the location is perfect. It is in a good spot. We like the area and really have been wanting to stay at a condo in this complex. About a month prior, I got a random phone call stating that we owed our deposit. I was really confused as this was booked through VRBO but the company called me directly for payment. Everything was last minute to get set up. Had to sign additional contracts and such (the night before we arrived). We arrived late at night, we picked up the keys with no issues. - we went to make the couch bed and used tissues and a sock was found in the bed. You can tell it is cleaned very quickly. On the fridge they have a note basically saying they don’t deep clean and just do a quick once over of the unit. -then we went to sleep and you felt like you were falling off the bed. So my wife and I took the mattress off the bed to find all the slats not even connected and I’m surprised the bed just didn’t give in. - the tub was missing a o-ring so it was not usable for bath time for our Children. Overall, I Feel these are the rental companies issues and the owner needs to be made aware of them. The unit needs to be better maintained.

Nice Stay

Room smelled musty. Putting a few air fresheners around would have helped. Bathroom could be updated. Beds were ok and furniture was comfortable. Overall, nice stay!

The Place itself Amazing

The Place was AMAZING location View Inside/Amenities all great However it is run by a realty company and they are so unprofessional and don’t take accountability for their actions My personal suggestion is if you aren’t going to just get rest and nothing else this isn’t the place for you and/or family for a vacation

Convenient location

A convenient location to not have to drive or Uber. Walk to seacrets, breakfast restaurants, lunch and dinner places. Several bars nearby too. Front door faces the pool and bay. The living room balcony has bay view which is more of an intercoastal view but very calming. The place is the second building by the pool so it doesn’t face seacrets so that eliminates night time noise. The place itself had some quirks that could be easily adjusted like light switch placement, add some shelves to the bathroom or over the toilet storage. Even expand the bedroom that has the balcony bathroom to make the shower bigger than a RV shower. Even the light futures and lightbulbs could be updated to make it more modern and efficient but overall a very comfortable place.

Great little place

I loved the location of this property. The views were fantastic and the pool was perfect. My only issue was the property lacked proper cleanliness...Central Reservations definitely needs a better cleaning crew. Dust and dirt that could have easily been cleaned away plus blood stained mattress covers upon arrival. Otherwise, would totally book again!

Great bayside location

Unit is exactly as pictured. Very nice 2 bd 2 bath unit. Beautiful bayside sunsets. Nice pool with extra long hours. Enjoyed nighttime swimming. Nice pier for fishing or just relaxing while watching the sunset. I was always an Oceanside fan but this property has changed my mind. Bayside is the place to be. Downside of the property was only one parking space with our unit. However friends came to visit and their cars were not bothered. Never saw a tow truck. The unit itself could benefit from replacing the living room furniture. Extremely worn out and dirty. The beds were not the best but I’ve slept in worse. The kitchen needs a little investment too. Forget the dishwasher. You’ll end up washing the dishes anyway because dishes still came out dirty No sharp knives nor can opener and burned my fingers when I touched the side of the toaster. A blender would have been nice too. However we had a lovely week and would consider staying here again. Elevator was nice as we were on the 4th floor. No washer/dryer in the unit but the building has laundry room for a fee.

The property needs updating !

The bedrooms need to be brighter needs updating. The bathroom shower needs to be fixed it is broken. The blinds in living room are missing panels kitchen needs to be brighter. Other wise an okay property !

Won’t stay again! Uncomfortable with cleanliness and very poor mattress. Susan in office nice but when spoke with another she was defensive and curt wihen speaking to me. Office did get housekeeping and repairs done immediately.

I was very disappointed in this condo

Blinds were missing so you could not shut the blinds in the living room and bedroom. Blinds were laying everywhere. The mattress's were horrible. was not clean especially the showers. There was hair everywhere and not scrubbed down. Needs updated very bad. knobs missing off cupboards, fridge handle loose. Need beach pictures and new furniture. Some Black lady had a key to our room come walking right in while husband was undressed. she was not even a cleaning lady. Had to get locks changed. Just not happy at all.

Needs better cleaning, could use updated furniture.

Overall it was a nice place to get away. The bed in the room with the balcony entrance was great. The other rooms bed was okay. The couches definitely need a deep clean or replacing altogether, they were filthy and stained. My sons feet and legs turned black anytime he played on the floors, since the first day of vacation. If anything, I would suggest much better cleaning before the arrival of new guests as we even saw sticky stuff on the walls! Close to the beach and just a walk to Seacrets if you like the club scene.
