Property was beautiful. Check in was seamless. My family thoroughly enjoyed the space. Loved the wrap around deck. 2 blocks to the beach. Central location to many restaurants. Will definitely come back again

Most amazing condo in Ocean City MD

My day was absolutely amazing. My condo was clean. My house was the sweetest ever. I had a nice note when I walked in. I will be staying here every year.

OC Car Show getaway

The property is beautiful and is in a great location for the beach and boardwalk. We enjoyed the balcony watching the hot rods going down coastal highway. The only problem was the parking, the two parking spots that are designated for the unit are behind one another, but we managed and it was a wonderful vacation.

Great Property & Location

The condo was perfect for our family with plenty of space. The condo was clean and well maintained. When we had a question, the owner was responsive and very helpful. It’s in a great location with easy/short walks to the beach and boardwalk.

Absolute Disappointment!

If I was the homeowner, I would fire OC Beachfront Rentals. This unit was extremely dirty, food on the floor, bed sheets, comforters, bath mats not washed. A/C unit was filled with mold and dirt inside and the intake on the door was disgusting. Kitchen and refrigerator was not cleaned and the stove had burnt food on it. I rented my personal property through VRBO for years and this is a property management issue. As soon as I arrived I sent them 30 pictures to show the conditions. They never offered to clean or reduce my cleaning fee. Every response back was a canned email telling me how much they appreciated my feedback. As I paged through their welcome book I found a letter from the family that just stayed there before me. They wrote a nasty two page letter describing the conditions and filth of the unit. It was by far the dirtiest property I ever stayed in. The unit may be two years old but all the dining room chairs and all the carpets have stains everywhere. Things are broke or don’t work and it stinks terribly. You may be saying it couldn’t be that bad, well it is for the price point for sure. That being said with a little TLC and a new property manager the place could be something special. It’s laid out beautifully and the location is perfect. I only hope the owner gets a chance to read this and if you want my 30 pictures and the letter from the prior renter, let me know. No renter should have to spend hours cleaning on their vacation to feel comfortable.

2023 Softball beach week

We go to OCMD every year for the softball National tournament. This year we were traveling with two additional families. We enjoyed the location very much, the condo was the perfect size for 6 adults and our teenage kids (5). The management company was very communicative and answered our question quickly ( within 5-10 minutes). At night we enjoyed staying on the large balcony and the kitchen with large table was nice for gatherings. If we continue to play in this tournament I would definitely look to book this property again!

The condo was in very good condition and close to the beach.

Loved the condo and balcony. The drawbacks were not having a TV in all bedrooms and far to walk to main parts of the boardwalk.

The Little Family vacation 2022

For four years before Covid hit me and my family, my husband, our two kids, my sister, brother in law and their to kids and my parents) we haven’t been able to vacation since Covid hit and this July 2022 we finally were able to go again and tried something new. Not only did Ocean City not disappoint the condo didn’t either! It was absolutely perfect for our family. My kids are grown now and didn’t get to attend this time and were missed but it was still exactly what my family needed. My dad has had three major back surgeries in under three years and has been a long hard road getting him walking again and this year we got him on the beach walking through sand and into the ocean! My mom has been by his side non stop and since Covid has lost her dad, brother in law and niece and now also cares for her mother. She needed this vacation more than any of us. We sat every morning and throughout the day on the beautiful balcony over looking the canal, town and could see part of the ocean, we sat their talking and healing and connecting. Spending time with my nephews was priceless. We cooked dinners together, explored the beach and boardwalk and soaked up all the time we could. It was an unforgettable experience and we will certainly be coming back and staying here again. Thank you for sharing your home and allowing us to make memories there!

Overall lovely experience

Overall, my family and I had a wonderful stay. The property was in a good location to the beach. It was about 2 miles from the boardwalk. But drivable if you don’t want to walk that much. Our lower ratings were with two areas, info in the listing and in the chat were conflicting and the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived. First, the listing appeared to have minor conflicting info as did info I received in the chat. The listing said we would receive two parking spots. But the message said four. Ultimately it was two. We had for cars but found street parking without issues. We were told to leave keys and key fob in the house. However, the condo was keyless entry. It seems like there is an automated message within the chat that needs info updated. Not troublesome as this info obviously didn’t ruin our stay. But it can be confusing some times. As far as cleanliness, that was our lowest rating. I have fairly high standards for cleaning, especially in a new property. The floors were not all that clean. There was a pile of dirt that looks like it was swept into the laundry room corner and then left there. There was still hair in the shower when I went to take one the first night. The shower curtain already was browning at the bottom. The fans in all the rooms had a layer of dust on them. I also found pieces of trash under a few of the beds. We did also have an issue with the smoke detector. The battery went out in the middle of the night (5am) and There were no extra batteries in the house. We had to disconnect the whole unit from the wall because it wouldn’t stop beeping. A few suggestions:, since there may often be families with kids staying here, we would recommend kid friendly utensils, plates and cups. The other thing, which I recommend in a lot of our stays, is to have over the door racks on the backs of all bedroom and bathroom doors. With 10 people in the house, we did not have many places to hang used bath towels that we intended to use more than once. Simple over the door hanger provides more space to hang such things. Again, overall lovely stay. We would recommend this place to others.

Beautiful Ocean City property

Great find

We had a great time here, property is beautiful, well maintained. Our kids did not want to leave. Bathrooms are beautiful, clean and so is every living space. The welcome board with our name was a special touch. We are so glad we found it.
