This condo includes an Amazon firestick so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) There's also high-speed internet/Wi-Fi and a full-sized washer and dryer. This condo is on the first floor and the building has an elevator. Parking first comes first serve. Sunset Pointe is in one of the best parts of town for restaurants, bars, mini-golf, watercraft rentals, etc. You are in walking distance to great Ocean City hotspots such as Seacrets, Fager's Island, Bad Monkey, Dead Freddie's, Saltwater 75, Ropewalk and more!This is the perfect condo for the perfect Ocean City vacation!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

**Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. you can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $117.95. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
