Gather your family and friends in this cozy and charming Timberloft Lakefront House. This spacious 12 person, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath retreat welcomes you with cottage style charm, high end amenities, and beautiful sunrise lake views. After some indoor fun, head outside to one of our 3 amazing decks for some relaxation, barbecuing on the grill, play some tennis or pickleball spring to fall, or just kick back in the hot tub! The unit is located in the tranquil mid-lake community of Timberloft Village, one of the hottest fishing spots on the lake and less than a mile from the sandy shores of Deep Creek Lake State Park, hiking and mountain biking trails, Silver Tree Marina and the Honi Honi Bar. For skiing and sight seeing fans, Wisp Ski Resort is only 4.5 miles away and Swallow Falls State Park , the beautiful scenic trails with amazing waterfalls is only 5.7 miles away. Really lovely home with all you need to make meals and have a nice relaxing stay. The property owner was very communicative when needed, which wasn't much! Very clean and a lot of nice touches. Gorgeous view and convenient to everything! We will be back for sure.

We had a lovely long weekend at this property to celebrate my birthday. We did get quite a bit of rain, but had one beautiful day to visit the state park and see the beautiful waterfalls. The house is cozy and well equipped. We really enjoyed the hot tub with amazing views of the lake. Communication with the host was excellent. We would stay here again!

We had a delightful family weekend at Deep Creek. The lakehouse provided everything we could want with comfortable family-friendly accommodations. We definitely will be returning to the lakehouse.

The house is very well decorated and very cozy. The outside spaces are cozy and many. The hot tub was a big guy. The beds were very uncomfortable with the main bedroom even having a foam topper. You can not adjust the temperature below 70 and the air conditioning is inconsistent in the two main floors often getting too hot. Too hot is not the best in the summer.

A group of high school friends that still keep in touch celebrated all of our 60th birthdays. We had a wonderful time. Dave was great with communication and everything in the house turned out great for us!! Would definitely recommend this property!

The Lake House was centrally located. It has a beautiful lake view and lake access. The house was very spacious and clean and has all of the amenities that anyone would need. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy and very at home.

This home is spot on with location and design. The stay was very comfortable and lots of space for all guests. Host entered concerns very quickly and promptly. The view is unreal and so calm. Will be back!

This is our third time staying at the Boswell lakehouse, and it was wonderful as always. Suha and Dave have thought of all of the little details, and the house is always clean and welcoming. The fireplace is lovely, and the hot tub on a cold night is always a bonus. Dave is also always just a text away if anything is needed and replies quickly. Our kids love this house and want to come back every year!

My wife and I gathered here with our great friends to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house and accommodations could not have been better. Excellent views of the Lake, ample space for a large gathering, well stocked kitchen for cooking and overall comfort give this a 5 star review. It genuinely felt like home for the few days we were there.

My family and my Sister In Laws family shared this house for a fun getaway. We loved the location. Pickleball was an added bonus. We were a little surprised by the level of cleanliness. We found a vape under the bed when we pulled the trundle bed out for our children to sleep. My niece stepped on a piece of glass in the carpet on the stairs. Other than these things, the house had everything we needed.
