"Fix it please:The house fit all our needs beautifully.  We are a family with 3 teenagers and a dog.  The house was clean, well-stocked with all the kitchen essentials, food and water bowls for our dog, and comfortable for everyone.  Jodi was helpful every step of the way.  From the initial reservation, to reserving kayaks and paddleboards, to recommending a boat rental place.  We didn’t need to contact her with any issues during our stay because everything went so well. "We enjoyed our stay at the Birdhouse Lodge. It was quiet, cozy and had a great view of nature. The road to get there was steep and bumpy but my Prius handled it (in June, no snow). The main bed was too soft, but without the foam topper it was just right for us. The listing is accurate except that there are now FOUR TVs and nice chairs around the firepit.
