"The property was just as described. Everything was very clean. We did have a problem with the air conditioning but within a few hours of informing management, it was fixed and working fine. Our dogs loved the yard and everyone loved being able to pick their own room. We would definitely like to rent this house again. "

"We were disappointed with our stay for several reasons. There weren't enough bath towels for everyone. The house looked like it hadn't been clean and dusted in a while. They baseboards were dirty too. The upstairs large bedroom became infested with ladybugs. We could barely run the heater because the ladybugs were coming through. We ended up closing the vents and it helped a little. When we reached out to the host about the towels and ladybugs, they responded but did not provide any assistance....

"Large home with ample bathrooms and tons of beds, with a convenient location. However, the property is in need of updates and not well-maintained. There are several cracked tiles in the kitchen and the laminate flooring throughout the house is coming up. The living room furniture and patio furniture need to be replaced. "Unfortunately, we were sent a bad entry code and couldn’t enter the home. We messaged host (no response) and called the phone number on the front door keyless entry sticker. That company no longer managed the property and we had no other contact info. Luckily the old company was able to track down the existing one and gave us a phone number. We were finally able to enter after 20 tense minutes. The backyard has an above ground pool which was fine—we knew about it. BUT there’s something wrong...

"This house was fine for my family during a short visit but i probably would pick a different place next time for the price. Pros: large living room, 3 private bedrooms, safe area, easy parking, conveniently located to restaurants and gas stationsCons: had issues checking in, but thankfully during business hours so i was able to call the management company.
