It is centrally located in the heart of Memphis on a beautiful one acre lot with many trees. Convenient to many high schools (Memphis University School, Hutchison, St. Agnes, Christian Brothers, St. Mary's and White Station) and colleges (Univ. of Memphis, Rhodes College and Christian Brothers Univ.). Also, great location for St Jude Marathon, St Jude Golf Classic and Memphis in May activities. We have tried to think of everything that a traveler would want at any luxurious accommodation!

This lovely, inviting home is located in a quite, upscale, safe neighborhood in the heart of East Memphis. People travel from all over the world to visit Graceland, Elvis' home. And please do not miss the outdoor amphitheater, The Levitt Shell, where Elvis first played. The Levitt Shell offers 50 free concerts a year, and they are fantastic, family friendly concerts. Everyone brings lawn chairs or a blanket and a picnic. Great Food Trucks available as well! Also, the Memphis Zoo is ranked one of the top zoos in the United States. Do not miss the beautiful Memphis Botanical Gardens and The Dixon Gardens. Also, the wonderful Brooks Art Museum is the largest art museum in Tennessee and is located here as well.

The home is very secure with alarm and 2-car garage. Very safe neighborhood for walking and strolling. High speed internet is offered as well.

The newly renovated Overton Square is about 10 minutes away with some of the best restaurants in the City! Japanese, Mexican, Cajun, Italian food can all be found in this great area! We would love to recommend some of our favorites! Also, a great place to find nightlife...many bars with restaurants open late and do not miss Lafayette's Music…live music most every night! If you are into theater, Playhouse on The Square, The new Hattiloo Theater and The Circuit Playhouse are located in this area. Also, in close proximity is the Cooper Young area, where there is another wide range of great restaurants. If you are a "foodie", you will LOVE this area as well!

The Home is also very close to downtown (about 15 to 20 minutes) where you will find the world famous Beale Street with much nightlife, Sun Studios, the well-known Peabody Hotel with their famous daily, duck parade, the Fed-Ex Forum where many great concerts are held and the Memphis Grizzlies play, the Redbirds Baseball Stadium, and also the not to be missed newly opened Bass Pro Shop (largest Bass Pro in the United States and located in The Pyramid overlooking the great Mississippi River). One can not leave the City without sampling our world-famous barbecue...One and Only Barbecue, The Rendezvous, Central Barbecue to name a few.
