"Staff are amazing and very helpful. Property is very clean and renovated, like new. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food available in the hotel and choices right outside in the same parking lot. Shopping all around. "

"Expedia needs to let customers know, **when booking this hotel, not 2 days later** that a parking structure is being built behind the property, eliminating current onsite parking. Offsite, and valet are avaliable but the cost is obscene. I love this hotel and downtown Riverside, but parking situation has long been an annoyance.

"Beautiful historic property. Our room overlooked the pool and was pretty spacious although the bathroom is a little dated. They have a very nice pool and Jacuzzi area several eating options and a generally laid-back atmosphere in a grand hotel that’s been around many years."

"This is the 2nd time I've stopped here in less than a year, and both times the staff have been incredible! They are so helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble!"
"It was a very good and peaceful 3-days stay. Both check-in and check-out were quick and courteous. The room was spacious, clean and had a pleasant aroma. It had a microwave and refrigerator. The location is very convenient to the Colton/Riverside/San Bernardino area. I will definitely return!"

"Nossa primeira impressão foi bem ruim, o funcionário (Marc ?) que fez nosso check-in foi bem mal-humorado e impaciente. Mas a sua colega Natalie finalizou nosso check-in e foi super atenciosa e gentil.
O quarto era grande mas meio antigo. Ficaríamos só algumas horas para descansar antes de pegar um voo e o hotel cumpriu seu papel. Ofereçam transfer gratuito para o aeroporto e foi muito útil e conveniente. Fica ao lado de um outlet.

"This hotel is a tiny gem in Arlington. The outside does not look like much, but the rooms are very nice and the staff is accommodable.
For the price and a tiny 1-2 day stay, absolutely pick this place.
I will say that the phone service is dependent on the owners to pick up, but they will be awake at 6am if you pester them enough :| . "
