Located on the West End of Oak Island, which is a 5-minute golf cart loop ride or a 2-minute car ride to the beach. Plenty of space to unwind inside and out, upstairs and down. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking all your meals. The dogs and kids can play in the fully fenced backyard. Beach chairs, and toys to use for fun-filled days on the beach!

Bedroom 2: 2nd floor bedroom suite. Full-size bunk beds and full-size pullout trundle. Shower and tub combo in the hall beside the bedroom.
Bedroom 3: 3rd-floor front bedroom. Queen-size bed with shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4. Shower & tub combo. Double vanity sinks.

The 2nd-floor living area includes a couch, 2 recliners, a loveseat, a dining table for 8, bar seats for 4, and a 75” flat screen TV.
3rd floor living area is: Perfect for kids and teenagers to have their own space! Sectional couch with bean bags, family games, video games, and books, and two 75” flat-screen TVs. 2 full-size beds
The rear-facing decks overlook the private pool area and Davis Canal. On the 2nd floor deck, you’ll find a convenient dining table that seats 8, great for outdoor meals or playing board games.
KITCHEN:
Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, smooth top range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and farmhouse style sink. Additional: toaster, Keurig with single serve and drip coffee, crock pot, blender, griddle
Generously supplied with all items needed to serve and cook for a large crowd.
Bar seating for 4, indoor table seating for 8, with additional table seating on 2nd floor back deck
POOL INFO:
Private 24’ x 12’ in-ground pool (not heated) with accent lighting – great for a night swim! Accessible from the 2nd floor and first level of the house, table additional seating, and outdoor shower.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: Linens provided, including bath and pool towels Propane grill Pack-and-Play High chair seat Washer and dryer Beach amenities – chairs, umbrellas, and beach/pool toys

Other things to note Hot and cold water outdoor shower. Some beach and pool toys are available in the closet on 1st floor beside the outdoor shower.
GUEST ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Note: The pier and dock are yours to use during your stay, however, the boat Lift is NOT available for guest usage.

*On January 10th, 2023 the Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week.
**Limit of 2 dogs - The 2 dogs must not exceed a combined weight of 50lbs.** A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break house rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet fee will be charged.
