"So many postiives to write here. 1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice. 2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home. There is a happy hour with draft beer every day! 3- The room is perfectly spacious, immaculately clean 4- Whatever you need, the host will provide. "Our stay at the Sand Dunes Motel was such a pleasant experience. The staff were so helpful and kind, the rooms were clean, and the beach view (even on the first floor) was stunning. The pool was also very clean, and the beach access was very convenient. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!"

"Overall clean room and decent experience. Only downside was a constant smell of weed bad enough to set off the smoke detector in the room once when opening the door. Staff didn’t seem to care much about it. Usually don’t care what people do but it was a bit excessive."
