"So many postiives to write here. 1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice. 2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home. There is a happy hour with draft beer every day! 3- The room is perfectly spacious, immaculately clean 4- Whatever you need, the host will provide. "Clean, nicely appointed lobby and shared spaces. Gym was bigger than usual and had several options. Pool was open but we did t use it. Breakfast was fresh and replenished even though we arrived later. "

"Beautiful room, looks brand new and was nicely appointed with very nice furniture. The fridge was retro and cute, bed was very comfortable. Some dustier floors than I would have liked but sometimes this is to be expected in beachy environments. This was nothing major, overall the room was lovely and comfortable and I would recommend this as a great place to stay. "

"We had an ocean front balcony room that was very nice. It was in very good condition with a small kitchenette. The bathroom was roomy and nice. Front desk was so friendly and helpful very accommodating. We also went to the Tiki bar and restaurant. The food was very good. Over all we had a wonderful stay."

"There is no staffed office! when we arrived it was around 8:00 PM and there were no outdoor lights or lights at the entrance door. We were instructed by phone messages only. When you are over a "certain age" with poor vision this is a big problem. As for the shower...the water only reached the "tepid" temperature while the sink had an abundance of hot water . I know to some these complaints may seem minor but when you are in the "comfort" business little things mean the world. "
