"While this property works well for a large group, it does not match the photos. There was trash all over the property outside (old rusting chairs, chip bags, etc.), and the decking is starting to fall apart. There had been a significant storm event, so when we arrived, the driveway was covered in sand, and the garage door was ajar from piled-up sand/debris. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. The inside was clean but had a broken set of blinds in the living room, broken tiles in one of...

"This location has a beautiful view of the ocean from the living room, bedroom and out door patio. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful patio faces the sunset with a table for having dinner while watching the sunset and lucky us we got to see orcas eating their dinner at the same time. Inside is decorated in such a modern clean decor. Very comfortable and cozy. Has all the little extras you may need. Great hot tub under the stars . Very enjoyable stay."

"The house and property are beautiful. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the host was hard to communicate with. I had double checked over chat that there were no steps in the home or the entrance, as my dad is disabled and can't do stairs. However, there is a step down to each living area and many small obstacles to the front door. We were disappointed, especially when the host told us that the steps were actually "ledges" and therefore not a problem for someone with mobility...

"We loved our time at the beach house. Loved staring out at the water from the wall of windows on the main level. Beautiful views and very comfortable. Has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed walking the beach during low tide with our dog. "
