"Quarto extremamente sujo, com marcas de líquidos nos moveis (que pareciam restos de refrigerante), lençóis com manchas marrons (que pareciam ser sangue), moveis com muuuito pó, toalhas manchadas e com cabelo. Acredito que o hotel nunca tenha sido limpo."

"The A/C was on 85 when I arrived to my room. I had booked the room on-line, so they knew I was coming. The door and other areas were in a great need of a coat of paint. The water was hot and the sheets were clean. If you are in need of a very basic place to stay, this is it."

"The carpet was old and appeared dirty. At check in the desk clerk never bothered to stand up. The owner’s car was parked under the front canopy and was in the way of new arrivals the entire stay. It felt like neglected property in every way. I did get clean sheets my second night. I got my $75 worth but will spend the extra next time for a clean place."

"Older hotel that needs serious renovation. The rooms are Texas size, which is nice. The shower was very easy to use, although I wish it was a walk-in shower rather than a tub-shower combo. The ladies at the front desk were helpful, especially when telling me about popular restaurants in Mabank and Gun Barrel City. I frequented two of them (one Italian; one steakhouse) and they were excellent.
But I discovered rust stains in the bedroom section and bathroom, one of the lamps didn't illuminate,...

"The sheets were clean and carpet was vacuumed. However, the walls were stained with dirt. Needed a paint job. Tub spout and toilet paper holder was barely hanging on. Some parts of the base trim had roofing paper on it. You can smell smoke all night from people smoking outside. If you’re just there to sleep, then it is perfect for that."
